So soft and beautiful! If you don't mind my asking, what paper do you use? I've been using cardstock (because it's cheap) but I've been interested in finding out if there is a better paper out there to use with markers.
thank you very much! I use two papers, both are smooth card stocks, one brand is Neenah and the other is Gina k www.shop.ginakdesigns.com/cate… both are really good for markers. I've tried actual marker papers with varying results, so far those are my favorite.
Love the colours! So nice and smooth How do you get them to look so smooth? Does it look like that on paper or did you achieve that by touching up the drawing? Another question: how big is this drawing? :3
I touch it up sometimes, but its almost always like that in the original, I touch up on areas that I mess up on, like if a different colored drop of ink falls on the skin. And its not very big, its about 6.5" x 8"
Thanks for the information... I'm just confused of what I'm doing wrong. My colours don't look this smooth on paper either...
Last question: What brand paper do you use?
Sorry for bothering you with all my questions... I'd just like to optimize the quality of my drawings, especially the colours... I've tried buying new paper (copic bleedproof paper), but the colours don't look as smooth as I'd like them too...
its no problem, I like questions, I have been using a card-stock paper the brand is neenah, but I'm not sure where to buy that, I get it at a local scrapbook store, I just bought some Gina K paper [link] and that works much the same way.
Hmm, okay. I've heard of Neenah before... I'm not sure if I can get it around here though. I live in the Netherlands and apparently it's pretty hard to find good quality supplies. I just found a nice supplier that's located at the other end of my country, but they have an online shop. I'll see if they have the neenah paper or the Gina K paper... Thanks for the information
